Leo Paige, DMD
Dr. Leo Paige has joined the GVOS team and New York City after practicing in New Jersey. He received his dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, graduating with high honors and an award for excellence in Oral Surgery. He then completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, in Newark, NJ.
Dr. Paige has experience in a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with extensive training in maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, third molar surgery, pediatric and adult anesthesia, pathology and reconstruction. He has also focused on dental implant surgery including CT guided implant placement, sinus grafting, and alveolar ridge grafting.
Leo has held responsibilities in educating dental students and postgraduate students of all dental specialties on an academic and clinical level. This has allowed him to have a better understanding of all aspects of dentistry, specifically in the prosthodontics of implant dentistry. Dr. Paige also traveled to Bangladesh to perform Cleft Lip and Palate surgery serving the under-privileged and educating local surgeons.
Leo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and an Assistant Professor at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Dr. Paige grew up in Deal, New Jersey, and currently lives in Manhattan. He enjoys theater, traveling and charity work.
